I really appreciated the friendly staff who went out of their way to help me. Very clean room but the noise from trucks loading next door was a bit annoying. Overall, a solid stay! 😊

I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort of my king-size room, especially for the affordable rate of $55! The location is ideal, with a great Italian restaurant just next door. Nancy at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. A solid choice for budget travelers!

I had a rough time with the room. I opened the first one and roaches scattered everywhere. They switched me to another but it was the same deal. Finally, I got a third room and found more roaches and even some bed bugs! I woke up with bites. Just a really uncomfortable and unsettling stay.

the red roof inn is conveniently located just a short drive from plenty of dining options and shopping. it's also close to some great attractions like the waterloo outlets, making it a handy stop for travelers. we found the staff to be friendly and accommodating, which is always a plus!

I appreciated how close the hotel was to Carrier Circle, making it easy for quick meals, and I enjoyed a short drive to the beautiful Everson Museum of Art, which was a treat for my weekend strolls.

The front desk staff were friendly and tried to assist us with the room situation. The location is convenient for accessing the highway and local attractions. The bed in the room was somewhat comfortable despite the overall condition of the facilities.

Dull, institutional room colors!!! Cleanliness issues in the bathroom!!! Needs serious upgrades to facilities and overall maintenance!!! Better oversight of guest noise would be a plus!!!

Staff were attentive and offered assistance when needed. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by cleanliness issues. multiple rooms were infested with roaches and even bed bugs. Toilet fixtures were outdated and uncomfortable, and housekeeping fell short as there were no towels available during my stay. The overall atmosphere left much to be desired, making it unlikely I would return.

We had a clean room with decent water pressure and a comfy bed, but the amenities were lacking. The overall experience didn't meet our expectations, and we won't return.
